Job Responsibilities:
Create engaging event programs that incorporate the latest trends, including artistic and digital presentations.
Lead the planning and successful delivery of our company’s annual events in line with global marketing strategies.
Develop campaign strategies and foster partnerships with diverse stakeholders to enhance strategic initiatives.
Manage relations with government entities and partners to secure support for our events.
Collaborate with global teams to improve visitor satisfaction and encourage positive word-of-mouth.
Develop sponsorship packages and engage commercial sponsors and suppliers.
Oversee event-related risks and ensure adherence to legal and industry standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or similar fields.
At least 10 years in corporate communications or event marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory position; experience with large event organizations is advantageous.
Demonstrated success in planning and executing large-scale international events from concept through to completion.
Skilled in collaborating with stakeholders and government bodies to align with event marketing objectives.
Knowledge of innovative technologies for public events, including creative multimedia experiences.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese; capable of producing high-quality documents efficiently.
Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple tasks under pressure while driving organizational success.
