Project and Construction Lead (Hospital) #AKT

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full project lifecycle from design to post-construction, ensuring delivery aligns with healthcare specifications, timelines, and operational requirements
• Oversee the integration of clinical, engineering, and architectural requirements, including specialized healthcare infrastructure and regulatory compliance.
• Manage project governance, site progress monitoring, technical risk mitigation, and contract administration to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate technical handovers, inspections, and defect rectification processes to ensure operational readiness upon completion
• Collaborate with Ministry, consultants, contractors, and clinical stakeholders to align technical, operational, and functional requirements throughout the project.
• Provide technical leadership and advisory support on healthcare design standards, buildability, compliance, and infrastructure planning.
• Drive budget oversight, project reporting, stakeholder communication, and adoption of healthcare infrastructure best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in project management
• Experience in new hospital project
