Program & Product Leader (Oil&Gas/ Process Control) #AJY

• Leads the part quote team and provide support and direction to the team on their day to day task.
• Institutes process and performance metrices to improve the quote process and look at way to provide high service level in term on quote responsiveness.
• Measures and reports the performance against target goals in support of Part and QuickShip sales objectives.
• Supports global pricing of part in system focusing on Asia part number usage.
• Drives QuickShip programs and work closely with execution team to improve QS service level.
• Reviews the product mix to drive demand shaping using the various QS type and maximizing usage of the QS program.
• Supports Sales Channel and customer training, seminars and new program launches.
• Be a good team player within team and with other functional teams within the Business Unit.
