Operations Program Manager (Manufacturing) #AKT

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver strategic global operations programs, including manufacturing transitions, expansions, and production transfers.
• Manage end-to-end program execution from business case development through to successful completion
• Oversee large-scale, multi-project initiatives, ensuring alignment to timelines, scope, and objectives.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with teams across operations, finance, legal, engineering, HR, and other key functions
• Monitor program performance, identify risks or deviations, and implement corrective actions to stay on track.
• Provide regular reporting, define success metrics, and ensure overall program effectiveness and closure.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• At least 8 years of experience in program management / project management in Manufacturing industry
• Regional exposure
