IR VP- US PE Fund

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute investor relations strategy.
• Focus on attracting capital from oversea markets.
• Manage stakeholder communications and investor outreach.
• Provide market intelligence and financial oversight.
• Represent the company at international investment events.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
• 5+ years in investor relations or corporate finance.
• Established network with oversea institutional investors.
• Strong financial market knowledge and valuation skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
