Responsibilities:
- Review, monitor, and optimize HR policies, processes, systems, and programs to ensure they align with organizational goals and foster a high-performing work environment.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that drive the organization's ability to attract, engage, and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth initiatives.
- Partner with Business Unit leaders to ensure HR strategies and people initiatives are aligned with the needs of the business, supporting operational and growth goals.
- Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and senior management team, contributing to strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making processes that impact the organization’s success.
- Proactively monitor and analyze employee engagement trends and propose actionable solutions that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture
- Provide mentorship and guidance to HR teams, empowering them to deliver exceptional employee experiences and achieve the highest standards of performance in support of organizational goals
Requirements:
- Degree in Business
- At least 15 years of HR experience, preferably 5 years in senior position
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and influencing skills, ability to engage people at all levels
