Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the organization’s overall procurement strategy and procurement functions in Singapore
- Creation and improvement of best practices based on process – leadership of high value and strategic sourcing efforts
- Identify, gather and analyze information of potential vendors, and recommends appropriate vendors to the organization
- Manage and review procurement documents of all supplies, equipment and services for the organization and ensure compliance with the Procurement Policies
- Develop key performance indicators to achieve business objectives for assured supply, quality and cost effectiveness
- Establish bid standards to solicit bids and contracts
Requirements:
- Degree in Business / Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in F&B
- Prior Leadership/Management experience preferred
