APAC Procurement Lead (Individual Contributor / Pharma) #AKT

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between global Corporate Procurement Shared Service and APAC subsidiaries.
• Oversee procurement strategies and operations within the APAC cluster.
• Lead, manage, and develop the local procurement support team to achieve business objectives.
• Owner of sourcing strategies for the APAC cluster.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement transformation strategy for the APAC region, aligning with the global procurement vision and objectives.
• Manage and mitigate procurement risks for the APAC cluster.
• Develop and implement a digital transformation strategy for procurement, leveraging digital tools and platforms to transform procurement processes from sourcing to contract management.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement transformation strategy for the APAC region, aligning with the global procurement vision and objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering / Business
• At least 10 years of experience in Regional Procurement
• Pharmaceutical / Medical / Lifesciences Manufacturing experience will be preferred
